As you might remember, one of my challenges for this year was to meditate 15 minutes every day for 30 days. However, I found some key benefits so I thought I should extend it and explore it further. Let’s talk about my 100 days.
New Year started and I decided to get my 10 projects in writing. Guess what, one of these ones was about mindfulness. Therefore, I meditated 15 minutes every day during January. This is what happened.
